Our code of practice
At Direct Recruitment, we know that building a successful relationship with you depends on trust. Our code of practice outlines some of the reasons why you can have complete confidence when you work with us.
- The candidates we introduce to you will already have been interviewed face-to-face by one of our consultants. On the very rare occasions that we are only able to interview them over the phone, we'll be sure to let you know.
- We will only send you a candidate's details with his or her express permission.
- We consider an introduction to a client legitimate only if the consultancy has the candidate's permission and the brief. If there's any confusion, we abide by the candidate's decision.
- We observe the strictest confidentiality. Privileged information remains privileged information.
