- Get defensive.
- Moan or argue.
- Drum your fingers on the table/armchair.
- Swing your legs.
- Cross your legs in the opposite direction.
- Fiddle with a pen top.
- Twitch; move your hands too much.
- Whisper.
- Wear jeans.
- Wear too much perfume/aftershave.
- Eat while waiting for your interviewer.
- Make phone calls while waiting for your interviewer.
- Chew gum.
- Come with a cold.
- Yawn.
- Keep your mobile phone on.
- Lounge in your chair.
- Fail to get up when the interviewer arrives.
- Swear.
- Break wind (it has happened!).
