This innovative and highly successful agency are looking for an Innovations Planner to trailblaze an exciting new marketing approach based on behavioural neuroscience.

The role

You will be responsible for embedding their brain friendly creative and content approach within the agency so that it has a tangible impact on creative execution and effectiveness. You will be at the forefront of communicating how this can enhance and make a real step change to your client's business. You will develop further products which can be tailored to different categories and client needs. You will lead industry news and thinking on this exciting new area.

About you

You will have many years' experience in strategic planning. You will have an understanding of and passion for and experience in neuroscience techniques and their application within marketing and communications. You will have an understanding of, passion for and experience in behavioural economics and its application within marketing and communications.

You will have experience of pitching, managing and championing mid- to long-term research projects (this might be brand, audience, product, channel, occasion, etc) with clients. Experience to include opportunity scoping, research proposal development, internal sell-in, management and analysis of research and examples of where they tangibly impacted the brand / business.

You will have responsibility for incremental growth on an account and you will have experience of creating processes & structures around a new/different way of thinking
