Sarah is our Senior Consultant responsible for the recruitment of data and CRM positions (both agency and client side) 

She has over 12 years' experience recruiting within the data, digital and direct marketing industry, working with marketing agencies and client side companies, as well as data suppliers and CRM & loyalty consultancies

Sarah recruits for a wide range of roles including data planning and strategy, data and CRM account management, campaign management, email and CRM client side roles.

Prior to her move into recruitment Sarah worked within data and CRM in management roles, and was herself responsible for recruiting teams- so understands the challenges in finding the right recruitment agency to work with and ultimately securing the best candidates for the roles. 

Sarah has an in depth understanding of the industry and is a firm believer in not only matching candidates skills to a job spec, but also ensuring she understands the career aspirations of the candidates and their personality - she takes time to find the companies that match in terms of culture and candidates long term ambitions.  

 

 

 

She has seen many candidates move successfully through their careers and takes pride in the fact that she has helped many through several steps up the ladder. And they come back - sometimes as candidates, but also as clients.
