Julia Langridge
Julia is Associate Director and looks after the recruitment of account handlers from Account Executive to Group Account Director for Direct and Integrated agencies.
She's been with Direct Recruitment since 1996, joining to work on client side recruitment before moving across to agency in 2000. Renowned for her probing interview style, she has an innate ability to get to the root of people's abilities and personalities, matching them to the job she believes to be perfect for them.
After gaining a marketing and languages degree, Julia worked in marketing in the automotive industry before making the switch to agency side where she worked for one of the first truly integrated agencies in London, Kevin Morley Marketing.
Julia has studied for a certificate in counselling and psychotherapy but the rest of the time enjoys independent travel, theatre, gigs and photography. She's a passionate supporter of animal charities and owns a young cocker spaniel called Ziggy.
