| Expected skills and experience: |
Will have experience of delivering strategic campaigns across a variety of media. Art Directors must have managed creative processes/shoots extensively, and both Art Directors and Copywriters will be expected to deliver concept work for pitches and/or present their own ideas to clients face-to-face. At group head level, they will have experience in nurturing and managing juniors. Ideally, they will have won some awards. |
