Must have excellent pitch co-ordination and strong communication skills. Will be expected to function as main point of contact for incoming queries. Must have experience of preparing credentials for the AAR and DMA etc. Expected to undertake some management of PR. Able to show initiative and demonstrate multi-tasking. Must be driven and very good at networking. |

| Expected skills and experience: |
Must show excellent understanding of key industry influences, business issues and competition. First-rate presentation skills. Capable of leading the agency's new business programme from initial research to pitch stage. First class communicator with sound strategic and presentation skills. Will have experience in managing internal teams and/or an external telemarketing agency. |
