Must be brand literate and experienced in creative briefing, as well as understanding how data and research can be used to gain customer insight and enhance strategic planning. |

| Planning Director | |
| Expected skills and experience: |
Must have strong client facing skills and experience of team management, new business, leading pitches and making presentations. Understanding of commercial/business issues. Must have the confidence to lead and shape the direction of client and agency business. This title is increasingly being used to denote very senior planners who do not run the planning department. |
