You'll take the lead on innovative and creative thinking, developing insight led customer strategy. 
• You'll work closely with the Planning Director  and the rest of the team in what's a genuinely collaborative, non-hierarchical environment, helping to deliver the agency's insight driven vision and intellectual property. 

Senior Planner - Skills and experience needed 

• With a minimum of 3 years' planning experience, gained agency side you understand CRM, both digital and offline, with the emphasis on the customer journey, customer needs and genuine engagement.
• You thrive on solving problems, turning complex challenges into simple solutions.
• You're totally customer focussed, thrive on generating insight and applying this to underpin great work.
