Sian Franklin
Sian has a broad remit at Direct Recruitment. She’s our creative specialist, with a natural flair for identifying brilliant copywriters and art directors and she’s also extremely good at assessing the skills of production, project management and new business professionals.
Sian has extensive experience, having worked in marketing and creative recruitment both in the UK and Australia and she’s developed a real talent for finding the best match for her candidates’ skills, personality and career objectives.
A marketing degree and experience working in the industry mean she’s able to really understand the needs of her clients.
Sian’s passions include independent travel, music, theatre and her cat Jasper. She also volunteers for the Terrence Higgins Trust in her spare time.
