Sophie Wilson
Sophie is a Consultant and looks after the recruitment of Digital specialists at all levels on the client side and Account Executive to Group Account Director on the agency side. She also manages senior level recruitment for Direct and Integrated client companies.
Her background is a mix of client and agency side. Prior to Direct Recruitment, she worked as an Account Director at Ogilvy on charity and financial services accounts, managing strategic, through-the-line marketing activity for local and international markets. At GE Capital she developed integrated campaigns for the Arcadia brands, and working on the Star Alliance account at Brierley gave her the wonderful opportunity of spending 3 months out in LA where she had the time of her life!
All this experience coupled with a degree in Advertising Management means that Sophie has extensive knowledge of the marketing industry and the sector for which she recruits.
