My client is an Integrated direct marketing agency working with a wide range of mail order and multi-channel retail clients and they’re looking to swell the ranks with another bright, commercially astute and professional Account Director.  Clients include an impressive range of retail and online mail order companies with whom they work as an extension to their marketing teams to devise effective strategies to help them acquire long terms profitable customers, retain and develop existing customers and help grow their business.

Generally you’ll operate at board level and, as such, they tend to hire Account Directors who have the necessary direct marketing experience and commercial gravitas to inspire and direct clients confidently, delivering relevant evidence based recommendations.

So, if you have a solid track record of having worked in a senior client services role in a CRM environment and have worked with clients in the retail and e commerce sector previously we’d love to hear from you.
