Account Manager or Campaign Manager for Integrated Agency £30-38k

Our client is an exciting and agile marketing agency and they're looking for a high energy and ambitious Account Manager to join the team. They will also consider Senior Account Executives ready to step up.

The role will involve working on a global client. The agency recently won a place on their global roster which covers both B2B and B2C opportunities across multiple markets.

This will become one of the agencies biggest clients which delivers big career growth opportunities. It will involve working across multiple channels and working with multiple disciplines across the agency.

The agency has a close working relationship with all its clients, so you need to strive to delight the client, and be prepared to go above and beyond to get things done. As it's a small team, cultural fit is also very important - building an excellent relationship with all internal departments, be positive and enthusiastic about the work and above all be a team player.

Organisation & attention to detail will be key, you will also need to be mature enough to take responsibility for the day to day management of your campaigns. They are looking for someone passionate about the industry and who’s keen to learn & grow – this is the most important thing!

Who’s the ideal candidate?

The AM will report into the Senior Account Manager, whilst helping the greater team therefore also working closely with the Senior Account Director. The ideal candidate will be open and excited about travel opportunities within the role!

  • Have at least 1 year AM experience, and be looking to progress into a SAM role in time.

  • Have excellent client service skills through building strong relationships – both internally and with clients.

  • Be a team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Be attention detail orientated with a thoroughness in checking work.

  • Be experienced in the world of integrated campaigns.

  • Have experience of coordinating/supporting cross-functional agency teams to deliver large scale projects, preferably international with an understanding of global projects/campaigns.

  • Loves working with creative and understands the importance of driving effective and creative work.

  • Be able to give / show examples of working with creatives and moving processes forward.

  • An ability to work closely with and support the planners in developing communication solutions.

  • Excellent financial management experience and of writing and monitoring against tight SOWs.
