Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – Data & Technology

£40,000–£44,000 + bonus | Hybrid – 2 days a week in South West London

We’re recruiting an Account Manager for an established customer experience, data and technology consultancy with a strong reputation in CRM, digital and technology-led transformation.

The business has a healthy pipeline of new work and is continuing to invest in its client services team. You’ll join a lovey team and work across a number of accounts rather than being permanently attached to one client, giving you exposure to different sectors, technologies and types of project.

This is a particularly good role for an Account Manager who enjoys the technology side of client services.

  • Projects can span CRM and customer data, digital platforms, UX/UI, analytics, websites and more complex technology and strategic programmes.

  • You’ll manage day-to-day client relationships, keep projects and internal teams moving, contribute to account planning and identify opportunities to develop accounts. You’ll also have ownership of areas such as reporting, budgets, forecasting and account commercials, while making sure clients receive a consistently strong level of service.

The right person is likely to come from a digital agency, UX/UI agency, CRM, data or technology business.

A fast-paced agency or consultancy background would work particularly well.

  • They’re looking for someone engaging, commercially switched on and credible with clients and someone who can hold their own with senior or occasionally demanding stakeholders, solve problems without becoming flustered and build strong relationships internally as well as externally.

  • You’ll need strong organisation and communication skills, a proactive approach and enough commercial awareness to understand both what makes a client happy and what makes an account successful.

  • There’s plenty of variety here: on one project you may work closely alongside a senior director, while on another you could take the lead yourself. It’s a role with room to build your client-facing experience without being pigeonholed into servicing the same single account indefinitely.

Salary: £40,000–£44,000 + bonus
