Client Lead (Strategic Content & Innovation)

The Opportunity

I am working with an award-winning creative agency seeking a visionary Client Lead to drive forward the strategic evolution of a global media and broadcasting business. This is a high-visibility leadership role designed for a hybrid thinker: someone who respects the heritage of world-class journalism and broadcasting but has the technical fluency to digitise and disrupt how content is delivered.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as the primary strategic partner for a flagship account, overseeing a cross-functional team of creatives, technologists, and strategists.

The Mission

  • Lead the development of high-impact, multi-platform campaigns that resonate at the speed of the global news cycle.

  • Deploy a proprietary, cutting-edge marketing platform to revolutionise the end-to-end content supply chain, moving from manual workflows to automated, tech-driven excellence.

  • Act as the commercial architect for the account, identifying white-space opportunities to scale the partnership and deepen brand integration.

  • Foster an environment of rapid experimentation, managing a cross-functional squad to deliver quality at scale without sacrificing creative integrity.

Your Profile

  • You have a deep understanding of how MarTech and content platforms can be used as a competitive advantage.

  • You understand the nuances, ethics, and pace of the media industry. You know how to navigate complex, high-stakes stakeholder environments.

  • You are comfortable owning the P&L of a major account and have a proven track record of driving organic growth through innovation.

  • As a direct report to the CEO, you possess the gravitas to influence C-suite clients and the empathy to lead a diverse, agile team.
