Working for this amazing brand you will develop, plan and execute marketing campaigns across the customer lifecycle journey including creative and targeting.

Experience required
Experience in retention marketing / CRM - driving engagement and increasing loyalty and sales ideally within retail marketing
Good understanding of campaign management tools and marketing automation (if you have Selligent that would be great but Braze, SFMC, Adobe Campaign or similar is good too)
Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data insights into clear actions
Experience across email marketing and ideally some direct mail, push and SMS
Thorough understanding of the creative process from brief writing to delivery
Budget management and experience of managing agencies
The ability to successfully drive several projects at the same time and work to deadlines in a ‘live’ commercial environment.
