The Role

This is a hands-on, people-focused position that combines strategic planning with day-to-day execution. Working closely with the Head, you will lead the end-to-end admissions journey and deliver marketing strategies that authentically communicate the school's unique ethos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Admissions Management: Deliver a personalized, warm admissions experience for prospective families from initial enquiry to final enrollment.

  • CRM & Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to manage the admissions pipeline, maintain data integrity, and produce performance reports for the leadership team.

  • Events & Engagement: Organize and lead school tours, open days, and events, confidently engaging with both parents and children.

  • Marketing Strategy: Lead the school’s marketing efforts, managing budgets and optimizing campaigns to raise the school's profile.

  • Digital & Content: Maintain the school website and social media channels, using creative storytelling to celebrate pupil achievements and school life.

  • Community Outreach: Identify opportunities for increased visibility through partnerships, advertising, and local community engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven background in admissions, marketing, or customer service (experience in the education sector is highly desirable).

  • Technical Skills: Confident user of Salesforce (or similar CRM) and digital content tools like Canva.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to groups and build trust with families.
