​Head of Marketing & Communications - Leading school in Lisbon | €60k


Are you a strategic marketer, a data-driven sales leader, and a natural team builder? A premium, forward-thinking International School in Lisbon is looking for an inspiring, hands-on Head of Admissions, Marketing and Communications (Head of MAC) to join its Senior Leadership Team.

In this role, you will champion our brand story, drive full-time student enrolment, and lead a cross-functional team in a vibrant international school community.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive Strategy & Growth through the design and execution of robust marketing, admissions, and retention plans to meet annual growth targets.

  • Act as a visionary leader, coaching and developing a close-knit school MAC team of 3–4 people to hit their KPIs.

  • Take ownership of our CRM system as a "super-user", interpreting enrolment data and analytics to optimise our sales funnel and forecast future trends.

  • Oversee the school's digital presence, PR strategy, content calendar, and major events to showcase the school in the best possible light and elevate the brand.

  • Build creative, high-level relationships with businesses, education agents, and chambers to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads.


What We Are Looking For

  • 5–7 years of sales or marketing experience, with essential experience in the K-12 private school or higher education sector.

  • Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to achieve success.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a history of using data and research to back up your strategies.

  • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and how they integrate with the sales life cycle.

  • A results-driven professional with commercial acumen, a creative streak, and the gravitas to collaborate effortlessly with internal and external stakeholders.
