An exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid account management and campaign management role for a great data driven agency – on retail accounts.
If you have been working in marketing and have some experience in end-to-end campaign management then this is a great opportunity for you to join an exciting marketing agency working on retail clients.
This marketing agency specialises in offering marketing solutions to retailers – helping them optimise their marketing campaigns across all channels based on data insight.
This is a position due to growth and within a small, expanding and ambitious company run by well-respected leaders within the marketing industry. This role will evolve and grow in-line with the business and so it offers plenty of room for development (the previous person in this role has now been promoted)
Marketing Campaign Executive – The Role
You will be responsible for supporting the team across campaign planning and execution, the tracking and production of reports on client performance as well as account management of clients.
A lovely opportunity to combine campaign planning and account management.
Organise, plan and manage end to end multi-channel campaigns for a range of clients – across multiple off and online channels
creation and execution of data and media CRM and acquisition plans, their scheduling, planning, briefing, production, forecasting and measurement.
Support the onboarding of new clients and provide account management support to clients
Work closely with external supplier such as printers of fulfilment houses
Experience And Skills Required
Solid direct marketing / data driven marketing knowledge – ideally gained in a client-side multi-channel retail position in a marketing / CRM role.
End to end DM campaign management experience with good understanding of CRM and acquisition data ideally including some offline campaigns, direct mail campaigns or catalogues production, and / or email
Excellent project and campaign management skills
Strong Excel skills

The salary range for this Campaign Executive role is around £30k to £35k with private medical - based in lovely London offices with flexibility to work from home too (typically 2 days in the office)
Experience working with print, fulfilment and post campaign analysis and management of suppliers would be a real benefit
Understanding of the insights that data can provide
The ability to prioritise multi-client campaigns to tight deadlines.
Great interpersonal and communications skills – able to build good relationships within the agency and with the clients
