The Role: What You’ll Be Doing

As our Marketing Campaign Manager, you will drive forward the launch strategy. You will keep multiple workstreams moving forward seamlessly, ensuring our marketing execution matches the world-class standard of our brand.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the marketing timeline, driving multiple projects forward from conception to delivery without letting a single ball drop.

  • Review, refine, and sign off on launch collateral with an eagle eye for detail, ensuring the brand voice is premium, sophisticated, and compelling.

  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to guide the visual direction of the launch. You don’t need to be a designer, but you must instinctively know what looks elite.

  • Confidently present ideas, progress reports, and campaign results to internal leadership and external partners.

  • Deliver a dynamic mix of digital campaigns, local PR, high-end print collateral, and exclusive launch events to drive awareness and admissions.


About You: The Ideal Candidate

You are a marketing specialist who is highly organised enough to manage a complex project, but creative enough to create and execute ideas.


What We Are Looking For:

  • A proven track record across the full marketing mix (digital, print, PR, and events).

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to navigate a fast-moving, evolving launch environment with ease.

  • You spot typos, layout flaws, and off-brand messaging instantly.

  • Confident, articulate, and able to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience within the

    premium school/education sector

    is highly desirable, but we are completely open to brilliant marketeers from premium lifestyle, hospitality, or luxury brand-launch backgrounds.
