This role focuses on transforming complex financial concepts into compelling, integrated communications that build deep relationships between brands and their audiences.

The Role

Reporting to an Account Director, you will manage the day-to-day operations and delivery of diverse integrated projects. You will act as a brand guardian, ensuring the highest standards of execution while maintaining the agency's core values of being curious, entrepreneurial, and expert.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Build long-term relationships and serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

  • Project Oversight: Manage integrated projects efficiently, ensuring they stay on schedule and within agreed budgets.

  • Creative Excellence: Develop creative briefs and evaluate work against strategic requirements to ensure top-tier output.

  • Financial Control: Produce weekly profitability reports and manage cost estimates for digital, video, and print production.

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and manage an Account Executive, including identifying training needs and conducting performance reviews.

  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities and networking events to expand the agency's reach.

Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years of commercial experience, including at least one year as an Account Manager or three years as a Marketing Executive within a financial services company.

  • Sector Knowledge: A strong understanding of the financial services market and its current developments.

  • Technical Understanding: Proficiency in digital, design, marketing, and production techniques.

  • Soft Skills: Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead under pressure.

  • Communication: Effective presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions to clients and stakeholders.
