Senior Account Manager - Advertising Agency | up to £42k
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Account Manager to work on an iconic brand at this leading advertising agency.
A global remit, you will be delivering campaigns across multiple platforms including TV, VOD, cinema, radio, social, press and in OOH. Some of the campaigns are UK focused, whereas others span across global markets.
The account is fast paced with numerous evolving projects on the go at any given time – but that’s what makes it exciting! As such, the Account Manager is expected to have a thorough knowledge of agency production/post production processes, especially the primary channels of TV, social and OOH. The account is iconic by nature. It's a chance to work on some of the most celebrated household brands in advertising.
This role requires a passion for great creative work and commitment to protecting the creative product. The Account Manager needs to be meticulous in their attention to detail. They need to be tenacious, resilient and infectious with their energy.
What we are looking for:
Account Managers are the lynch pins of the agency. They are constant throughout the process of the day to day running of the account ensuring it runs as smoothly, effectively and efficiently as possible. They are the facilitators for ensuring the best environment throughout to create the best work.
Creative:
Account Managers should be able to demonstrate outstanding creative judgement and, working with the Planning and Creative department, take responsibility for the highest standard of creative output possible. You are also responsible for helping to prepare inspiring creative briefings and client presentations and be able to present confidently and passionately when required.
Strategic:
You are expected to input into the strategic process and have a well-informed strategic point of view based on a good understanding of the client’s competitor set, and wider out of category examples.
Client Management:
You will build and maintain good relationships with the day-to-day clients at a junior to mid-level and are expected to gain their confidence quickly. You will be a strong multi-tasker and have the ability to spin many plates at the same time.
Communication:
You will possess excellent communications skills, both internally and with the client. You are strong presenters and capture all client feedback and disseminate the relevant information, clearly and concisely to the wider agency and client teams as required.
Financial:
You will support the Account Director in the day-to-day financials of the account. You work with creative production partners to keep track of production budgets whilst supporting the Account Director on fee’s, budgeting and forecasting.
