The role:

You'll manage a team of Data Scientists, using your own experience in advanced analysis to provide cutting edge data science projects - heat mapping, digital automation / attribution, NLP and machine learning.

You'll also focus on the leadership, development and inspiration of the team and their capabilities. This role is hands on but advisory - working closely with clients to shape analytical roadmaps and data science and insight projects. You'll support or lead on new business pitches and look at identifying new methods and software that will challenge the norm and benefit client success.

About you:

You're a strong manager with a brilliant background in marketing analytics within a CRM environment. Statistical modelling and segmentation are second nature to you and you've got advanced Python and SQL (R is useful too).

Both old and new machine learning techniques are familiar and you are interested in deep learning techniques. Advanced SAS / R or Alteryx would be useful too as well as knowledge of Google and or Adobe Analytics. Tableau, Power BI and Datorama along with geo spatial analytics are also familiar.

above all, you're a Data Science Leader, you thrive in adding value using the best in methodologies and technology and you don't want the norm, you want the best, most innovative challenging solutions. You're a data engineer or have high level expertise in cloud based tech.
