The Opportunity We are a premier, rapidly growing family of nurseries, schools, and colleges across the UK and Europe, supported by elite university preparation and summer school services. A significant portion of our student intake consists of international families relocating for corporate assignments.
When major Global Mobility Providers (GMPs) and Destination Service Providers (DSPs) handle high-profile corporate relocations, the School Search is one of the most critical, high-stress pain points for families.
We are looking for an industry insider to design and execute a B2B strategy that positions our extensive portfolio as the top-of-mind, turnkey educational provider for the global mobility ecosystem. We already have strong relationships with several key players, but we need your expertise to scale our engagement, maximize our presence at major industry events, and build deep commercial partnerships with corporate relocation gatekeepers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Positioning: Package our diverse portfolio of educational institutions into a compelling, seamless solution tailored for relocation agents.
B2B Relationship Architecture: Develop and execute a targeted plan to engage senior leadership at major DSPs and school search agencies, converting transactional interactions into deep strategic partnerships.
Event Maximization: Build an outreach playbook for key industry networking events (such as the ARP Conference), advising our team on how to bypass gatekeepers and effectively pitch to relocation providers.
Insight & Coaching: Educate our internal commercial teams on the inner workings of the relocation industry—specifically the GMP-to-DSP tendering process—to better align our outreach with their workflows.
About You (The Ultimate Insider)
Deep Industry Experience: You possess extensive experience working directly within the UK/European Global Mobility, Relocation, or DSP sectors.
Active Network: You hold active, established relationships with major players in the ecosystem (e.g., Cartus, Sirva, RSS, K2, Dwellworks, Educatus, Citrus, LSS).
Subject Matter Expertise: You understand exactly how critical school placement is to a successful corporate move, and you know how to effectively communicate with relocation agents on both a per-diem and institutional level.
Commercial Pitch Polish: You have a proven track record of winning corporate accounts, managing high-value B2B partnerships, or consulting on business growth within this specific niche.
