Account Director | Full-service agency – finance clients | £55k

The Role:

Our client is a full-service specialist financial services agency and they’re really passionate about what they do and how they go about doing it. Reporting into the Group Account Director or Client Services Director, the agency are looking for a highly personable and ambitious Account Director to join the team.

You will be responsible for directing your client accounts to ensure creative and service excellence. You relish getting under the skin of your client’s briefs and providing knowledgeable and inspirational direction to your team and other colleagues in the agency.

You will provide clients with excellent service by understanding their business and their needs, and you will insist on the highest standards and closest attention to detail.

You will be working across a range of clients across all channels including digital, social media, print, video, content.

Experience required:

·       Minimum 5 years commercial experience ideally on the agency side.

·       Prior supervisory experience required.

·       Good understanding of the financial services market, with at least two years working with a financial services organisation.

·       Good understanding of digital, brand, design, marketing, digital, production techniques and agency systems and procedures.

·       Ability to make decisions and resolve problems quickly and effectively.
