App and CRM Manager
📍 Hybrid (North London / Herts) | 🗓 Contract until 31st Dec 2025 | 💰 Up to £50,000 p.a. (pro rata)
Are you a digital marketer with a passion for mobile app engagement and customer loyalty?
We’re looking for a Manager to lead a high-impact app engagement strategy across EMEA for a major hospitality loyalty programme.
This is a fixed-term contract until the end of 2025, ideal for someone who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and wants to shape innovative mobile experiences that drive real results.
What you’ll do:
Develop and lead initiatives that increase direct bookings via a global loyalty app
Launch exclusive offers and promotions to boost app usage among new and existing members
Plan and manage push notifications and in-app messaging campaigns
Collaborate with international teams across marketing, operations, and tech
Track and communicate performance against app engagement KPIs
Contribute to wider customer engagement efforts beyond the app
We’re looking for:
Hands-on experience in app marketing and customer engagement (you could have worked client-side or at an agency as a Senior Account Manager in this area of)
Solid grasp of CRM and mobile communication platforms / mobile marketing
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn insight into action
Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams
A proactive, team-oriented problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment
