The Opportunity

A leading international educational institution in Cardiff is seeking a strategic and highly articulate Marketing Manager. Recognised for academic excellence and a sophisticated learning environment, the institution is currently undergoing a significant period of capital investment and global infrastructure development.

This role is a critical appointment for a professional who can balance data-driven marketing strategy with high-touch stakeholder engagement. You will serve as a primary ambassador, driving enrollment through both local networking and international brand positioning.

Core Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across global digital platforms and traditional print media.

Act as the premier point of contact for prospective families, conducting bespoke tours and delivering high-impact information sessions.

Lead the creative direction for all promotional collateral, ensuring the institution’s elite facilities and programs are presented with absolute prestige.

Act as a relocation consultant for international families, providing expert insight into the lifestyle and benefits of the South Wales region.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate with a refined professional presence and a proven track record of success in premium-sector marketing or student acquisition.

Requirements:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence high-net-worth stakeholders and diverse international audiences.

Strong project management capabilities, with a focus on meeting rigorous recruitment timelines.

Highly Desirable: Previous experience within the independent education or luxury services sector.

Highly Desirable: Multilingual capabilities are an asset for engaging with our global community.

This role is based in Cardiff and ideally would be 4 days a week in the office and 1 day remote (there may be a little flexibility)
