You will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in client-facing /operations roles, and a track record of managing processes and being exceptionally organised.

You will manage the online courses and supporting collateral, manage the tutors and be involved in the recruitment of new tutors, you will ensure that all clients and students have a great experience and receive everything they need on time.
