CRM Data Analyst (Contract) - 3 months

London (Hybrid - only 1 day a week in London needed ) | Up to £400/day (Inside IR35)
We are looking for a Customer Data Analyst to join one of our clients – a top marketing agency on a short-term contract, helping deliver insight and audience selections that power a loyalty programme.
You’ll work across campaign reporting and deeper customer analytics - turning data into clear recommendations that improve acquisition, growth and retention.
What you’ll be doing
Exploring customer and marketing datasets to assess campaign effectiveness and customer behaviour
Producing counts to support campaign planning
Spotting patterns and trends and feeding those into actionable next steps
Delivering analysis projects such as:
RFM segmentation
LTV / value modelling
Churn and retention analysis
What we’re looking for
Solid experience in customer / CRM analytics – ideally in a marketing agency environment
Confident using SQL / Python for analysis
Experience working with large datasets
Able to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders at the agency and client
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau would be highly beneficial
