Role Overview:
As a Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing end-to-end email campaigns for clients across various sectors.
This hands-on, client-facing position will allow you to work with different campaign management tools, offering a chance to become an expert in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of email campaigns using tools like Braze and Adobe Campaign.
Data Selection & Journey Implementation: Select target audiences, implement campaign journeys, and manage the setup and deployment of scheduled, automated, and triggered campaigns.
Client Interaction: Engage directly with clients to build strong relationships and ensure campaign success.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal strategy, production, data, and project management teams to deliver outstanding results.
Experience
Experience: Proven experience in email campaign management, including data selection, journey implementation, and campaign deployment.
Tools Proficiency: Expertise with Braze, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Bloomreach, or similar platforms.
Client Engagement: Strong ability to interact directly with clients and build lasting relationships.
