Help steer CRM for one of the world’s biggest brands. You’ll turn data into action—shaping customer journeys, targeting, and measurement that grow loyalty and revenue at serious scale.
What you’ll do
Build end-to-end CRM journeys with clear data-capture points, triggers and personalisation
Turn segmentation & models into smart targeting strategies that lift relevance and ROI
Own insight & measurement: integrate CRM + web analytics + business outcomes to recommend “what’s next”
Define test-and-learn roadmaps; prove it with robust frameworks and metrics
Lead profiling with 3rd-party data (e.g. Experian) and use mapping for regional planning
Translate strategy into crisp data/creative briefs; keep projects on time and on point
Be a guardian of data governance and best-practice GDPR throughout the experience
You bring
Data strategy experience - with some gained at marketing agencies
Hands-on CRM strategy across high-volume, multi-channel programmes
Confident with analytics, segmentation, and experimentation
Strong stakeholder & project management; MarTech fluent
