Sales & Marketing Director for Independent School Group

Based in Madrid

This is a fantastic opportunity for a sales & marketing professional to join this dynamic and progressive independent school group. They have a presence in the UK and Europe and are looking to significantly grow their European base in the next year.

You will be responsible for implementing the group's brand and ways of working across marketing and admissions for the schools within the group.


  • Onboarding and Alignment:

    You will be tasked with onboarding new schools and ensuring that their marketing and admissions align with the group's overall ethos and philosophy.

  • Performance Analysis:

    This role involves tracking and analyzing marketing performance metrics to gauge the effectiveness of various strategies.

  • Collaboration:

    You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and admissions.

  • Budget Management:

    Managing the marketing budget and demonstrating a clear return on investment will be critical.


  • Education and Experience:

    A bachelor's degree or equivalent, with 7-10 years of relevant experience.

  • Leadership and Communication:

    Strong leadership and communication skills are required to manage various stakeholders.

  • Tech Savvy:

    Fluency in Microsoft Office suite is expected, as is the ability to work across multiple platforms.

  • Language Skills:

    Bilingual capabilities are required, given the international scope of the role.

  • Experience in Education:

    While education sector experience would be useful, it's not mandatory. However, demonstrating value across multiple brands under an umbrella brand is a must.
