The Role
This is a core strategic and creative leadership position as a member of the executive team. While the overarching brand framework is established, there is significant work to do to build awareness and embed key proof points within target audiences.
You will be responsible for:
🎯 Strategic Leadership and Brand Development
Leading and implementing a cohesive Marketing and Communications Strategy that strengthens the established group brand.
Amplifying the established identity and deepening the brand narrative.
Helping each unique school site find and express its distinctive identity and strengths within its local catchment.
Collaborating closely with the central marketing team of our wider educational family.
📈 Marketing, Communications, and Growth
Leading targeted, data-driven campaigns to showcase the academic and personal experience.
Overseeing digital marketing, analytics, and content strategy across websites and social media.
Ensuring creative excellence and consistency with a tone and design that reflects a personality that is modern, dynamic, and kind.
Leading a proactive communications strategy that strengthens reputation and manages media relations and crisis communications.
Working alongside admissions and enrolment to ensure a seamless, values-driven, and personal journey for every family.
Who You Are

Senior-level experience leading marketing/communications in education or a comparable premium service sector.

Commercially astute and data-literate, with a focus on outcomes.
Digitally fluent and experienced in CRM, analytics, and digital marketing.
