We're on the hunt for a dynamic and visionary Head of Marketing to lead the marketing strategy for an innovative group of three independent schools in Cambridge.

This is a high-impact, full-time role for a proactive leader who thrives on variety and can juggle multiple projects with ease. We need a creative self-starter who can take the lead and elevate our schools' brands to the next level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, preferably within the independent school sector or with a portfolio of diverse brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, execute, and manage strategic marketing plans tailored to each school's unique needs.

  • Serve as the key marketing lead, delivering a mix of strategic vision and day-to-day execution.

  • Report on campaign effectiveness and optimise for success where needed.

  • Manage social media content and digital marketing campaigns, both locally and internationally.

  • Update websites and produce engaging content, including news stories, testimonials, and videos.

  • Oversee and refine printed materials, brochures, and other marketing assets.

  • Handle local PR initiatives, build community partnerships, and provide marketing support for events.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven marketing experience in the independent education sector or working across multiple brands in a portfolio.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong expertise in social media management, digital marketing, design, and content creation.

  • Experience in local PR, event support, and partnership building.

  • Budget management skills.

This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse settings, combining strategic oversight with hands-on execution. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive work environment, making a tangible impact across three different educational settings.

If you're ready to make a significant impact and shape the future of education, we want to hear from you.

This role is based in Cambridge and is on-site 5 days a week.
