What You'll Be Doing:

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the smooth delivery of small to medium-sized customer engagement projects, including:

  • Developing scopes of work, writing estimates, planning timings, and booking resources across projects that can range from single emails to printed direct mail packs.

  • Tracking budgets and expenditure, monitoring change control, and raising POs for external suppliers.

  • Coordinating multi-skilled teams, including strategists, creatives, design, and tech.

  • Clearly communicating priorities, objectives, and project expectations internally to ensure milestones and budgets are met.

  • Championing best practices, policies, and processes for effective account and project management.

  • Identifying issues and risks early and developing effective solutions.


We are looking for someone with experience across the delivery of email and push notification program strategy, email copy and designs, illustrations, and potentially running small shoots to create new assets/images.
