  • Ensuring brand consistency across all communications

  • Working closely with senior leaders and admissions teams to support strategic priorities

The Person

The ideal candidate will be a confident, enthusiastic “people person” with experience in marketing, communications, or customer-focused roles (experience in education is desirable but not essential).

You will have:

  • Experience using Microsoft Office and creative tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud

  • A keen eye for detail and high standards of presentation

  • A proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach

  • The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • A genuine passion for working in a community that supports and inspires young people

The Offer

The school offers a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with an excellent benefits package that includes:

  • Ongoing professional development opportunities

  • Free daily lunches

  • Cycle-to-work scheme

  • Employee wellbeing and support programme

The successful candidate will be subject to a probationary period and an enhanced DBS check.
