Partnerships Senior Marketing Manager (London and hybrid – 2 days in London)
£70K to £80K plus potential bonus
This is a brand-new opportunity and role for a Senior Marketing Manager with partnership experience to own and build partner marketing for a global travel & loyalty leader.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who has the gravitas to manage senior internal stakeholders and partners.
This brand-new role will involve the creating of the strategy, marketing plans, tooling and processes from scratch.
You will collaborate with enterprise scale partners across multiple sectors on joint go-to-market initiatives within the travel sector
What you’ll do
Design and deliver new B2B marketing plans that drive acquisition, growth and retention with partners
Define the partner marketing vision with clear milestones and measures of success
Lead lifecycle and co-branded campaigns with cross-functional marketing specialists - creating standout content and comms. These could be across CRM, digital or events.
Shape a calendar of high-impact partner events that build closer relationships - from roundtables to summits
Manage and develop more junior members of the team
About you
Proven B2B marketing experience with enterprise partnerships - ideally across travel, loyalty, hospitality, fintech or adjacent spaces.
The ability to put in place a brand-new marketing strategy from scratch
Commercially driven, ambitious, and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders; known for building strong, trust-based relationships.
A strong communicator with a strategic mindset
You enjoy working in fast paced environment.
Event strategy and delivery experience that builds credibility and pipeline.
