The role
Manage a range of clients managing data and insight projects across analytics, business intelligence, CRM & engagement and sustainability.
Develop profitable and enduring relationships by placing the client, and the client’s business, at the centre of everything they do
Help define, lead and implement the strategic direction and growth plans of client accounts, aligned to their business strategy and needs
About you
At least 5 years of account management experience
Experience in strategic account management / commercial management
Knowledge and understanding of data analytics and technical capabilities
Sustainability, retail, banking experience an advantage
