​Senior CRM Manager 8-month FTC starting in February 2024

£85K per annum

Hybrid – 3 days are required in Surrey.

Our client is looking for a senior marketer with experience in CRM to step in and fill an 8-month contract role. They are looking for a highly experienced senior manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of the CRM plans for consumer and B2B marketing for a range of brands

You will focus on maximising customer retention and driving customer lifetime value, managing a team of CRM experts.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with senior business stakeholders to lead strategy and planning for CRM and the complete customer journey.

Drive the delivery of CRM campaigns and performance across a range of brands.

Manage and inspire a team of CRM Managers

Work closely with the client’s agencies

Experience:

Strong Marketing background with an understanding of omni-channel marketing and CRM – both strategic and delivery

A good understanding of data and targeting.

Experience / understanding of SalesForce or other campaign management tools.

Strong customer-centric approach and delivery focus.

Experience managing and motivating a team to success.

A solid commercial focus and confident in helping define new ways of working.

Automotive experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

THIS IS A 8 MONTH FTC STARTING IN FEBRUARY 2024

NOTE this role requires 3 days a week in the office in Surrey.

The salary for this role is £85K per annum plus good benefits.
