Account Manager or Senior Account Manager – Integrated with Social & Content Focus | Competitive Salary

3 days a week in London office

Our client is a highly creative agency who work with a mixture of start-ups, scale-ups and established brands. They are looking for a driven, proactive Account Manager or Senior Account Manager with excellent project management skills and a keen interest in social. You will have previous experience in content production (social, digital) and be up for getting stuck in across integrated agency accounts.

You will have confidence to work independently on both social and integrated clients from running content shoots and building content calendars to managing the production of digital display ads. This is a great opportunity for a reliable collaborator to work on a varied portfolio of projects and industries, working closely with different teams across the agency including creative, planning and PR.

Core Competencies:

  • Strong project management and organisational skills to lead a project from conception to execution

  • A confident client-facing consultant, providing thoughtful counsel, regular updates and fulfilling the role of lead day-to-day agency contact for the client

  • Must be self-motivated and thrive when working autonomously with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, able to juggle multiple and changing priorities. Excellent organisation skills and time management are key for the role

  • Experience working within an integrated agency or participating actively within integrated agency loop teams

  • Must be eager to learn and interested in running integrated accounts, striving to understand each service the agency provides and work with internal specialists to deliver impactful campaigns

  • Excellent understanding of the use of and role of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn) and keeps on top of new features and platforms.
