The role Associate Strategy Director - CRM They are seeking a new Associate Strategy Director to create impactful and engaging CRM Campaigns for one of their key clients. Responsibilities include client growth, leading new strategies and mentoring planners. About you You will have worked in a similar strategic CRM planning role and be looking to spread your wings and work with some of the best in the business. This would likely suit a Senior CRM Planner ready to take their next step up or a recently promoted Associate Strategy Director looking for a change and the opportunity to work on a larger account. You have • Significant agency planning experience with a specialism in CRM. • The ability to find insights with which to build comms and creative strategies. • You will have worked across targeting and segmentation, end to end customer journeys and loyalty propositions. • Experience working closely with creative teams. • You have ambition, passion plus a creative and a curious mind. • Management of mentoring of more junior strategists is highly beneficial.
