A brilliant opportunity for an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join a busy, growing team at an exciting and successful agency -delivering CRM, loyalty and digital customer engagement work for two major clients.
This role would suit someone who is confident managing projects, building strong client relationships and keeping campaigns moving across multiple channels.
You’ll be working closely with internal specialists across planning, creative, data and delivery, helping bring customer communications to life from brief through to launch.
You’ll be involved in a mix of day-to-day account handling and wider campaign development, so this needs someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable balancing several priorities at once.
A strong understanding of digital marketing and CRM is important, along with the ability to communicate clearly, manage detail well and keep both clients and internal teams aligned.
The ideal background will include experience in an agency with exposure to CRM
You should be confident supporting senior colleagues, contributing to presentations and briefs, and helping deliver work to a high standard.
