They are looking for a CRM Strategist / Customer Engagement Strategist to join this agency that really values its strategists and offers the opportunity to work with a team of inspiring people in a positive and dynamic environment.
CRM Strategist
You will help develop CRM and CX strategies on a number of varied blue chip client accounts. The role will be across a range of great clients and will offer variety in terms of projects and potential strategic solutions.
CRM Strategist – Skills and experience
· Strong CRM / CX strategy experience
· Some of your experience is gained within a marketing agency environment
· A solid understanding of data-driven customer marketing and experience creating engaging customer lifecycle journeys. Some understanding of martech is beneficial
· The ability to interrogate a client brief, understand the strategic challenge and define the best response
· A forward thinker who is passionate about customer engagement
· A strong communicator who can easily engage with clients
