Ambitious Account Manager – CX Focus
Temp to Perm 12-month FTC with Immediate Start up to £38k
Our client is an award-winning creative agency in the heart of London with a fantastic inclusive and inspiring culture. They are looking for a passionate, energetic and positive individual to come into a small client service team to support on one of their most iconic clients.
Experience required:
At least 3 years marketing experience. Ideally with experience in Digital, Social, CRM and integrated TTL campaign delivery.
Ability to write and prepare strong briefs for creative/design/copy teams, ensuring all key and relevant detail is provided to complete the best work.
Possess excellent client relationship skills. Able to bring your clients on side, build trust, strong and transparent ways of working, and ultimately cement our partnerships because of it.
Ability to build and leverage internal relationships across the agency. Knowing when and where to bring in and talk to the right stakeholders for the benefit of your projects and client relationships.
Excellent attention to detail - brilliant client service basics and due diligence across your projects is a must.
Manage finances end-to-end across all owned projects. From building SOWs and planning resource, through to ensuring projects remain within the designated budget (and timings) allocation.
Confident presenting both externally to clients, and internally.
Demonstrates proactivity and genuine interest in clients’ business and their ambitions that inspires not only your clients, but your colleagues too.
