Account Director – Web, Digital Experience, UX & UI
London (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office) | £60–70k + Bonus Potential
Are you an Account Director with a solid track record in online marketing and web builds, and a passion for managing clients and delivering impactful digital projects?
This is your chance to work with major clients on high-visibility digital and mobile solutions working on the account management of clients and leading delivery from initial brief right through to launch.

You will be passionate about websites, UX and UI.
What you’ll be doing:
· Managing key accounts in both the private and public sector - owning and nurturing key client relationships, aligning delivery with digital strategy
· Leading medium to large-scale web and mobile projects end-to-end
· Collaborating with UX, design, and tech teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences
· Hosting quarterly business reviews and identifying opportunities to grow accounts
· Supporting bids, renewals, and the development of marketing collateral
· Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards
What we’re looking for:
· Strong knowledge of the web industry including UX and experience delivering digital projects from concept to completion
· Account management experience within a digital or tech environment
· Excellent communicator and relationship-builder who works well across teams
· Passion for UX, innovation, and solving business problems with smart tech
· Commercially minded, results-focused, and motivated by client success
