Freelance Senior CRM Strategist / CRM Strategy Director
£400–£475 per day | Inside IR35
London | Hybrid 2–3 days onsite
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on customer strategist to shape and deliver high-impact, customer-first strategies for major brands across multiple sectors at a great agency.
You’ll help define the strategic answer to complex CRM and data briefs, build omnichannel journeys and contact strategies, and turn data-led insight into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
The role
Lead customer strategy and planning across CRM, and CX
Work on operating models and processes
Build journeys, segmentation and contact approaches for execution
Run and design workshops with senior stakeholders
Translate behavioural and customer data into actionable strategy
You’ll bring
Very strong marketing agency experience in customer / CRM / omnichannel strategy
Strong data literacy and insight-led thinking
Confidence presenting to and influencing senior clients
Experience with at least one major marketing technology platform
A self-starter mindset with sharp consulting-style structure
