About the role
The Head of Marketing is a key position and is responsible for supporting the marketing and recruitment across the schools.
You will raise the profile the schools amongst key audiences by developing and delivering communications plans to promote each school’s objectives, particularly with regard to pupil recruitment and retention, and working across digital, print, social media, advertising, PR, events and face-to-face.
You will drive key marketing initiatives to grow brand awareness for the schools.
You will be the guardian of the brand and lead brand campaigns.
Develop and lead the marketing strategy which delivers against key objectives and ultimately achieving 100% capacity across the portfolio.
In-depth knowledge of digital and social platforms and how to generate traffic to the website and generate leads and enquiries to the school.
Highly analytical and results driven.
Experience as a Senior Marketing Manager
Experience in lead generation within the education sector
Digital marketing and social media management experience is essential
