​This brilliant education group are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join the team and promote an exciting new change in one of its schools.

It is a unique opportunity to set up and market a brand-new school offering in an existing top SW London school location.

You will be responsible for communicating the change, raising awareness, attracting interest and handling the enquiries. You will also be required to set up the admissions process and manage this initially.

What is required

  • Develop a marketing strategy that raises awareness of the school and educates the local community on the change from a prep school to a pre-prep

  • Develop brand new marketing collateral and assets including a website

  • Set up and manage the initial enquiries and potential admissions

  • Identify local community partnerships

  • Drive initial awareness to enquiries and ultimately to registered pupils.

  • Be a brand ambassador for the school and ensure that is top of mind to prospective parents when choosing a pre-prep school in SW London.

About you

  • Previous marketing experience within a school or college setting is preferable

  • Integrated marketing experience including digital, social, websites, content, local advertising, partnerships

  • A creative eye and analytical mind

  • Happy to roll their sleeves up and do whatever it takes to get the job done

  • Happy to initially lead the admissions process

  • Highly organised and builds great rapport with internal and external stakeholders

  • Results-driven and driven by achieving objectives and KPI
