​Unique opportunity for a New Business Specialist to join the senior team of this creative and award winning B2B agency.

They have an impressive portfolio of clients within a growing and evolving sector and are looking for someone who can broaden their client base.

The position will play a pivotal role in growing the agency's target revenue streams and will contribute to selling and pitching their consultative creative solutions to some of the world’s biggest brands.

This role requires an extremely motivated and self-sufficient character, naturally entrepreneurial and results orientated.

You will have demonstrated experience and results within a new business or business development role. And can attract interest and convert that into billable business.

You will have diligent management of the pipeline to manage, qualify and prioritise multiple prospects in a fast-moving environment

About you

  • Relevant experience, working in a new business/sales function at a creative agency, along with strong existing contacts with direct clients and c-suite contacts

  • Confident in presenting to c-suite level stakeholders

  • Proven experience and results in selling medium and big budget ideas and solutions to global brands at a senior level and winning new business

  • · Demonstrable experience in working within a B2B environment and personally negotiating contracts with large, multinational clients.

  • Skilled at relationship management; identifying prospects and being able to convert them

  • Outstanding communication skills on the phone, online and in-person
