You will be a T-shaped strategist; someone with broad knowledge and experience of the full marketing and comms mix but with a specialism in data, CRM, digital, or brand and comms planning.
You are passionate about the craft of planning – getting to grips with consumers, culture and contextual influences on brands.
You have a deep knowledge of human behaviour and an interest in culture and social trends, with an ability to turn data and your own research into simple insights that inform your recommendations for the strategic direction.
You are a challenger, a collaborator, a learner, adaptable, resourceful, insightful and decisive, to the point and articulate, helpful with a get-it-done mentality.
You will defend the integrity of strategy when required – pushing back on requests, being clear on briefs and requirements, managing expectations.
The role be based in London or Bristol.
